We’ve conducted several interviews already and confirmed 3 new Strategic Allies. There’s only room for 2 more and time is running really thin.

This week we’ll be finalising agreements with our new allies.

If you’re wondering about the criteria we’re using to choose Strategic Allies, here they are:

1. We’ve got to like you – can’t really get into business with someone we think is a bit of a douche.

If this were a typical client deal, we wouldn’t have to like you – because our commitment would end after we give you what you pay for.

But this is different – we’re going to work WITH you ongoingly as allies3. You won’t pay US…we’ll share profits.

A good way to prove douchey-ness is to fill the application form with little thought and throw words and short sentences at us.

Don’t do that. Answer the questions thoughtfully and let your personality show through. A real human is going to read your responses (me…well yah i’m semi-human i guess, whatever).

2. We need to see you’ve been put in some work on some variation of your product idea.

Why?

Because it proves to us that you’re taking your business seriously and you’d be working on it with or without us.

Partnering with people in this online business industry is VERY risky for us. A majority of people work at a thing for a day at a time and then bail.

Existing work on an idea assures us you won’t flake on us after we’ve invested time and energy into marketing your product.

There’s also a 4,500 “qualifying fee” which is the only money we collect from you. Ideally we wouldn’t ask for it, but i’ve worked with even high-profile marketers before and they tend to be full of ideas but are allergic to work.

Again, this is a protection for us so that you don’t flake after we put hard work into your project.
