I really am getting a lot out of ppc domination. Its well done!
So if I understand you right, if I want to promote magnetic sponsoring
I should make my own landing page and not use the lead capture page
that comes with it?
Also do you know anything about this?

Hi Scott,
To begin with, I suggest you TRY the generic page with your own domain name masking it. Masking get you over the bridge with a lot of the issues you might face. You will still probably need to bid high and come up with good ads though because of the Google history on that content. The reason I say this is that most people are gonna get caught up on building a landing page and learning html and all the technical aspects of it that they will never move onto what matters–lead generation with PPC.
Instead of wasting your time there, go get your hands dirty with PPC and use the generic magnetic sponsoring page. You will run into problems in time with this because it can be a little costly and less optimal for conversions. But when that day comes, you will understand first-hand why you need your own landing pages.
In fact, most likely, even if you had your own landing pages and you’re just starting out with PPC your bigger problem will have nothing to do with the landing page. It will be all about “how do i get impressions?” and “how do i get clicks?” Once you overcome those two hurdles, that’s the only time the landing page starts to count!
Once you’re ready, follow the advice on the Q&A Call #1 in PPC Domination because on there I tell you how to combine your landing page with the Magnetic Sponsoring system so you benefit from the good quality score, cheaper clicks, and better conversion you will get from Google–and still get affiliate commissions to monetize your traffic.

Hey Jim,
I set up my 1st Google campaign yesterday 1/26
and it shows that its active and all and my keywords are active
and bids are correct but I am getting no imperssions, clicks nothing.
When I use the ad preview tool it doesnt show up on any page and when I use the ad diagnostics tool it says I have no ads that match those keywords. Could it be I am still in review process? It says active and keywords are active. i paid with credit card and daily budget is set at 1OO a day and clicks at .4O on a keyword that isnt real competitive. Google charged my card 5 bucks and I chose
the option where you pay as you go and they have me set to bill me when i reach 5O bucks. Does it take google a while to approve the account? I looked in google help forums and it looks like others have had this same problem. Any ideas or suggestions?

Changed my account to one campaign one ad group one keyword two ads.
Should this be this challenging?
By the way there is no live chat in the states.
Sent an email to google , got the standard answer..nothing to say if or why
my account is in review.
What do I do next??

There IS live chat everywhere. Pay attention!
The chat is only available during business hours and when someone can take your chat request. So if it’s not available, try again a little later. Typically they become available again in a few mins…as long as you’re trying during business hours.
Only the chat staff can help you accelerate the review process. So make sure to get in touch with them asap unless you feel like waiting a week or so

When I tried to find the chat on the contact us
it say that there
was suppose to have a little yellow box, but could not find it,
or did not see it. (I probably was just impatient)
However did find a toll free number today,
made the call and they said that they would get back to me
within 24hrs. via email. So thats encouraging.

Hi Jim, I have been trying to get my ad on the Net since the PPC release with out luck. I work every Hour all week end long every week end and as much as I can after work.
Can I just copy the code from the MS landing page? I have tried that but without success. It works for me but the FREE INSTANT ACCESS! button goes no were.
After I sent you the screen shots you wrote:

I finally got an Ad to show. I created a new account with Google Adwords and I think the difference was in the billing set up. This time they deposited a small amount of money into my account to verify it. That did not happen the first time.
The first time I set this up I used my gmail accoount and this time I used another account I’ve been setting up to be used in the future. I guess the future is now.

Hi Jim,
I purchased both MS and PPC Domination, have spent more that 3 hours per day to read whatever I can and watched the videos but because:
1- I’m 65 years old
2- English is not my mother language
3- I’m not at ease with computer like you young guys
cannot find my bearing and I’m kind of lost.
Could you kindly show me the shortest possible route to start the whole thing correctly and systematically, design a capture page using your instructions, get a Google Adword account and start creating leads in a bullet point instruction format please?

Hi Jim – I have PPC Dom and have gotten tremendous value from it. I have a Q for you that is not PPC centric – it’s SEO – but you’re a smart guy and thought you might have some insight for me. Somebody had told me thay having all of my hosted sites under a single IP is counter productive to SEO. IOW – not so good for Googlejuice. Go daddy is my host and I have about 30 domains under my primary acct. Is this true what I was told? Thanx for any help you could give me.

bro i don’t want to give you the wrong answer here because it is SEO. I do SEO passively for lead generation and so the question is a bit too specific for my knowledge.
So that’s my little disclaimer before I answer. My belief is that if you’re hosting multiple sites with the same IP as part of a strategy to game Google into accepting your back links, it will not allow your backlinks to have the weight of an external website linking into yours.
However, even links within pages of the same site STILL carry a lot of weight. This is all about the internal structure of your site. On it’s own it’s not enough, but it is what helps search engines determine WHICH of your pages is the “hub” page.
I would suggest you pose this question again to @Ferny_Ceballos or @RaymondFong as they are the best SEO guys i know. You can reach them on twitter with those ids!

Would you mind elaborating on the two comments you made in your “Spying On Me” Blog article.
1. The way you group your keywords together is a much more important piece of information to know.
2. We know that negative keywords play a huge role in the success of a campaign.
Where can I go to expand my knowledge and understand what you mean by this.

Hi Jim
When starting research for keywords I start off with Google’s
keyword tool. As I am trying to find low cost keywords, can you explain
what is meant by “not enough data” in the search volume. Does this mean
they isnt any searches on this keyword? How do Google determine when
to give the keyword a search value, when its over 50 etc…
Is it worth putting these keywords in my campaign? or is it best
to bid on keywords over a volume over 100,250,500 etc…

I joined your 8 days to cashflow course (as part of the lead traffic jam) and I never got day 8. It looks like the system is not sending that out !
About PPC campaigns… It is much better to have capture pages that are built specifically for the keyword you are targeting. Is there a way for me to customize the lead traffic jam capture page? Can you provide a template I can host? Will it be OK if I copy your page and host it?
I also wanted to ask you about the leads I get. I’ve noticed that you are using them – you send them emails – and this is while I never get their details…

You get a Day 0 to Day 7 making a total of 8 days of emails. That’s why there is no “day 8″.
Yes it is best to use one page for each keyword that is highly targeted to the traffic you bring in. You can’t customise the LTJ pages unless you are part of the “DL” group which is my networking team.
The leads receive the LTJ emails in your name and only you get their phone details when they submit them. You will also see their email address in the MS back office when they optin for the MS bootcamp. Once the 8 LTJ emails are over, they receive occasional broadcast emails from me with further training. This is the same procedure my team uses.
My advice, if you’re having problems with the LTJ system, don’t use it. Unfortunately, I no longer support it for the public as it takes too much of my time.

Been online for six months now learning and wasteing lots of money like all us nebiews do got batterd with ppc doing clickbank stuff. I feel the best way to get leads and to get others outthere is to learn ppc which you teach which iam going to invest in other ways like forums,blogs,youtube,articles,web 2.0 email marketing even though are free seem to take a long time to work if they do at all what do you think Jim p.s could this also help for my affiliate work or just mlm tganks LEE.
