Sounds pretty harsh, but it's true. As one who started too late to cash in all this 'easy money', I've had to learn the hard way and acquire the skills needed. And I still have more to learn than I've acquired so far. But as you point out, even those at the top have to keep learning and adapting so why would it be any different for those just starting out?
